What are your Lead Times for completing an order?
Lead times differ depending on product, size and availability, see here for more. Please note these do not include postage times. Lead Times might change without notice depending on workload so contact us for more info if unsure
What if the date I need it by is closer than the lead time for my order?
Please make sure there is sufficient time between Lead Times/Postage and the date you need your piece by BEFORE you order. Recommend planning ahead and confirming weeks before the date to avoid disappointment.
What’s your refund policy?
All deposits once made to secure an order is non-refundable. Returns for purchases made through Afterpay depend on their policies and will discuss with you before processing. For more info on our different policies for each product please click here
